Woodward PEAK200 8200-1501 Turbine Digital Controller
PEAK200 8200-1501 is a Woodward Bulkhead compartmentalized high-pressure version turbine digital controller. Developed for industrial small steam turbines and turbine expanders, integrating speed control, load regulation, and unit protection.
Product function
- Closed loop control of turbine speed: Receive signals from magnetic and electric speed probes, output driving signals through adaptive PID algorithm to control the steam actuator, stabilize the turbine speed, achieve manual/automatic start stop acceleration logic, and automatically avoid the critical speed range.
- Load and process parameter adjustment: Supports cascade PID control, which can adjust process parameters such as unit load, inlet pressure, and exhaust pressure, achieve disturbance free mode switching, and adapt to compressor and pump driving conditions.
- Unit safety protection interlock: Built in overspeed protection, first fault diagnosis, trip event recording, overspeed can be tested online, combined with vibration and temperature signals to achieve comprehensive protection of the unit. When a fault occurs, the shutdown interlock is triggered to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
- Local human-machine operation: Equipped with an integrated LCD operation panel, it can locally complete start stop, preset value modification, parameter configuration, alarm viewing, trend monitoring, and basic operation and maintenance operations without the need for an external computer.
- External system communication docking: Interact with DCS and SCADA systems through Ethernet, CAN, RS485 interfaces, upload speed, load, alarm and other data, receive remote start stop and speed setting instructions, and achieve remote monitoring and control.
- System expansion and spare parts replacement: LinkNet HT distributed IO module can be externally connected to expand measurement points; Used for upgrading and replacing the old Peak150 controller, reducing the workload of renovation, and restoring the complete control and protection functions of the steam turbine.
