Product function

  1. Speed closed-loop regulation: Receive speed probe signals, control the electro-hydraulic actuator, achieve stable control of turbine speed, and complete speed increase, constant speed, and grid connected operation.
  2. Load and extraction pressure control: Supports PID closed-loop control of unit load regulation, inlet pressure, and extraction/replenishment pressure, suitable for cogeneration units, and balances power generation and steam supply conditions.
  3. Unit protection logic: Built in overspeed protection, zero speed detection, shutdown interlock, triggering turbine shutdown protection in case of abnormal conditions to ensure equipment safety.
  4. Local operation and human-computer interaction: Panel buttons and display screen enable parameter modification, status viewing, fault code reading, and on-site start stop operation.
  5. External communication interaction: Upload speed, load, alarm and other data to DCS through Modbus communication, and receive remote DCS commands to achieve remote control.
  6. Analog and switch signal processing: Collect on-site transmitters, interlock contacts, and output relay contacts for alarm, shutdown, and equipment linkage.
