Product function

  1. Accurate adjustment of gas flow: Receive control system instructions, continuously adjust the gas medium flow cross-sectional area, accurately control the fuel supply, match the combustion requirements of the gas turbine under different operating conditions, and stabilize the unit speed and output power.
  2. Fuel safety shutdown: With reliable shutdown capability, the gas path can be quickly cut off in case of unit failure or emergency shutdown, ensuring the safety of the gas turbine system and meeting the requirements of gas turbine safety interlock protection.
  3. Closed loop position control: Built in dual rotary transformers provide real-time feedback on the actual position of the valve core, forming a closed-loop control and eliminating control deviations.
  4. System signal docking: Supports analog and digital bus signals, can dock with Woodward speed controllers and DCS systems, receive external given signals, and upload valve status and fault information.
  5. Media filtration self-cleaning: The shear type self-cleaning valve port structure reduces gas impurities causing jamming, improves operational stability under harsh gas conditions, and reduces the probability of valve failure
