VM-701B is a vibration/displacement monitoring module from the Shinkawa VM-7 series in Japan. - 4-channel synchronous measurement can simultaneously monitor shaft vibration, shaft displacement, and thermal expansion difference between rotor and cylinder body. The channel function can be configured on site and is suitable for eddy current sensors.
- Support on-site configuration of high-low pass filtering parameters to adapt to rotating machinery at different speeds; Equipped with sensor disconnection fault detection, output fault status when the probe is abnormal.
- Dual level alarm: Warning Alert, Danger Danger relay contact output, supports first fault memory, startup delay suppression, to avoid false alarms during unit startup and shutdown.
- 4-20mA industrial standard analog output, can be connected to DCS and PLC systems to read real-time vibration displacement data; The backplane bus is connected to the VM-761B rack and supports hot swappable replacement.
