Epro PR6426-010-140+CON21 is a non-contact eddy current sensor used in conjunction with Emerson AMS6500/MMS6000 A6110 axis displacement monitor. PR6426-010-140+CON21 is mainly used in steam turbines, gas turbines, and centrifugal compressors; When the vibration exceeds the threshold, a warning and emergency stop interlock are triggered.
- PR6423/010-140: 8mm eddy current probe with LEMO plug, converts shaft gap variation into tiny impedance signal for shaft vibration and axial thrust displacement measurement.
- CON021 Preamplifier: Conditions, amplifies and linearizes probe signal, outputs standard -4~-20VDC gap voltage to TSI card; detects broken wire, short circuit and reverse power supply.
- Main application: Steam turbines, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors; triggers pre-alarm and emergency shutdown interlock when vibration exceeds threshold.
