Epro PR6423/012-121-CON041 Eddy Current Sensor
Epro PR6423/012-121-CON041 is an eddy current sensor, a complete non-contact eddy current monitoring system, compatible with Emerson AMS6500 (MMS6000) A6110 shaft vibration monitoring card, used for TSI protection of steam turbine units, centrifugal compressors, and gas turbines.
- PR6423/012-121 (probe+armored cable): Utilizing the eddy current effect, non-contact acquisition of changes in the gap between the rotating shaft and the probe, outputting weak high-frequency induction signals;
- CON041 (preamplifier): amplifies, linearizes, filters weak signals from the probe, and outputs standard gap voltage to the TSI card;
- The system can monitor radial shaft vibration, axial thrust displacement, shaft eccentricity, and oil film clearance in real time, trigger pre alarm/shutdown interlock when exceeding the limit, and comply with API 670 unit safety standards.
