SHINKAWA VM-703B is a dedicated tachometer and shaft eccentricity monitoring module belonging to SHINKAWA VM-7B series TSI system, which serves as a core signal acquisition unit for rotational speed and rotor eccentricity measurement of large rotating machinery. SHINKAWA VM-703B supports 2 independent tachometer input channels and 1 eccentricity measurement channel, collecting pulse signals from eddy current probes to calculate real-time rotating speed, acceleration and rotor eccentricity values. VM-703B can trigger multi-stage under-speed, overspeed and excessive eccentricity alarm relays, transmit measured data to the rack backplane bus, and provide analog recorder outputs for external data recording, laying a key phase reference foundation for overall vibration analysis and unit safety protection.
