SHINKAWA VM-742B1 TSISI monitoring system external communication network gateway board
SHINKAWA VM-742B1 is an external communication gateway board of SHINKAWA VM-7B series TSI monitoring system, specially designed for long-distance data transmission of rotating machinery monitoring signals. SHINKAWA VM-742B1 collects all real-time measurement data and alarm signals from vibration, displacement and speed acquisition boards through the rack backplane bus, and converts internal rack data into standard Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU signals to connect with external control systems. VM-7B It supports dual-network redundant communication deployment to avoid single-link transmission failure, and undertakes the core task of realizing data interaction between the on-site TSI rack and upper DCS, PLC and turbine control system.

This communication module is mainly used for TSI monitoring systems of various large rotating equipment. It is widely equipped on steam turbines, gas turbines, generators and large compressors in thermal power plants, combined cycle power plants and petrochemical facilities, transmitting shaft vibration, axial displacement and overspeed data to turbine control systems like GE Mark VI. It is also applied to power generation equipment on offshore platforms and heavy industrial fans, mills and pumps to build redundant communication networks. In addition, it realizes data interconnection between SHINKAWA VM-7 series monitoring racks and plant SCADA, remote vibration diagnosis platforms, ABB and Alstom DCS to provide reliable monitoring signals for equipment operation supervision and safety trip interlock logic.
