Yokogawa AAI143-H03 16 channel fully isolated 4~20mA analog input module
AAI143-H03 is a 16 channel fully isolated 4-20mA analog input module that is compatible with the Yokogawa ProSafe RS safety system in Japan. AAI143-H03 has built-in HART digital communication protocol, designed specifically for harsh on-site environments in process industries such as petrochemicals, power, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals. The AAI143-H03 module can achieve high-precision acquisition, electrical isolation, analog-to-digital conversion, and digital communication of analog signals from field transmitters. It also supports power supply for field two-wire/four wire transmitters and is the core signal acquisition unit in industrial process control systems.

Core Function
- High precision analog signal acquisition and conversion: 16 channels synchronously collect 4-20mA DC industrial standard current signals, convert them into digital signals through 16 bit high-resolution ADCs, achieve measurement accuracy of ± 0.05% FS, and meet the requirements of precision monitoring in industrial processes
- Full electrical isolation protection: 1500V AC electrical isolation is achieved between channels and between input channels and the system bus, which can effectively suppress signal distortion and equipment damage caused by on-site surges, electromagnetic interference, and ground potential differences, ensuring the safety of the control system.
- HART protocol digital communication: Equipped with built-in HART communication function, it can read digital parameters, device status, and diagnostic information of intelligent pressure, flow, and liquid level transmitters. It supports remote parameter configuration and device operation and maintenance without the need for additional communication modules
- On site transmitter power supply: Each channel can be independently configured to provide 16.15-26.4V DC power supply for a two-wire transmitter, with a maximum output current of 25mA, without the need for additional power supply modules, simplifying on-site wiring.
- Fault diagnosis and protection: Integrated channel disconnection, short circuit, overcurrent, and overtemperature diagnosis functions can quickly locate on-site faults, and multiple hardware protection mechanisms are built in to avoid damage to the module body and downstream systems.
