Metso DNA DCS System IOP371 I/O Bus Expansion Module
IOP371 is an I/O bus expansion module in the Metso DNA DCS system. IOP371 serves as a bus relay expansion unit between the DCS local I/O rack and remote I/O stations, extending the transmission distance of controller backplane bus signals; IOP371 supports twisted pair or fiber optic media, expands the number of remote I/O rack nodes, enables bidirectional real-time data exchange between distributed I/O sites and main control systems, transmits on-site analog and digital signals as well as control instructions. IOP371 is the core hardware for large-scale distributed control systems to achieve remote I/O expansion.
