CC-PUIO31 51454220-176 Universal I/O Module
The CC-PUIO31 (P/N: 51454220-176) is a high-density, software-configurable Universal I/O Module designed for Honeywell’s Experion® PKS C300 Controller and Series C I/O subsystems. It revolutionizes industrial I/O infrastructure by allowing each of its 32 channels to be individually defined via software as Analog Input (AI), Analog Output (AO), Digital Input (DI), Digital Output (DO), Pulse Input, or Sequence of Events (SOE).

This module eliminates the need for separate, single-purpose I/O cards, significantly reducing cabinet space, inventory costs, and engineering complexity. It features built-in HART 7 communication, galvanic isolation, advanced diagnostics (open-wire detection, short-circuit protection), and a hot-swappable design for maximum uptime.
